Daily Getup & Phoenix Adventures!

Today I RE-WORE my fave shorts. Don't judge me guys, they're my only pair and I'm dying to buy more. I never really wore shorts (even during summer) and now that I feel comfortable enough to wear them I can't stop!
  • Shorts: F21
  • Top: Thrifted
  • Belt: H&M
  • Bag: Thrifted
  • Flats: Blowfish
Today was a lot of fun! It started out with a yummy breakfast.
Juice, coffee, a hot date, banana wheat pancakes! The Good Egg really is my favorite breakfast spot.
We then popped over to a thrift store in Downtown Phoenix where I picked up the following treats:
Ky and I cruised back to my sis' house and we vegged and watched Top Chef allstars while we waited for my sis to get home from her nursing education class. We scooped her up and by that time we were re-hungry (if you will) so we cruised over to La Grande Orange which is an amazing eatery where they serve varieties of freshly made treats. From coffee, sweet treats, food, wine, cheese, etc. You name it, they have it!
Some pretty cakes they had for sale!
We then went on a thrifting/antiquing marathon! I found so SO many good things and spent about the same as I would've on two tops from Anthroplogie.
It was so much fun. The bottom left picture is one of the thrift store's kitties! They let her run around and play with customers. So fun! Here are the treats I scooped:
Three tops. 1 striped button up with bows printed all over (!!!!!), another striped button up with a great fit (I love button ups for this summer), and a white button up with a scallop peter-pan-ish collar. Then, I found the perfect L.B.D! It's from the 70's or 80's and has a criss-cross back. It's longer than most people would like, I'm sure, but I love the length and couldn't be happier that I found a vintage, beautiful L.B.D.
Also,

Three belts! One white/off white skinny belt, a tan one with a cute gold buckle, and a grey-ish tan colored skinny belt.
Last but certainly not least, my newest project! Once I paint this, it'll make the PERFECT new home for my jewelry.
It is as tall as my knees! Can't wait to see how it turns out :)
We cruised over to pick my sis' husband up from studying at his med-school, and all got some Thai food for din din. It was amazingly good!

So, as you can see, I've had a perfectly productive day! This Phoenix trip has been a blast thus far, and we still have tomorrow. Yay! Enjoy your night my friends. See you tomorrow.
