Una Fiesta!

Tonight Kyle, Gina, her husband, and I made our way to Guadalajara Grill for dinner. Today we finished all of our pre-trip errands. It's been a crazy day, but we made it! At dinner I ordered a giant plate of sea food (scallops, shrimp, salmon) with beans and rice. Best part about Guadalajara is how they make your salsa to your own personal spicy preference, at your table! We went with hot instead of mild, because we're tough :) We enjoyed beautiful decor and some live mariachi music. It was a fantastic way to kick off my birthday celebrations and our Cali trip.

We hit the road first thing in the morning, but I'll update you guys on the Cali festivities! WEEE!
